Dr. Mariam Zade is a highly accomplished orthodontist and attending at Montefiore Medical Center. With a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, and enrollment at Harvard University for additional coursework, Dr. Zade’s strong academic foundation has played a pivotal role in her pursuit of excellence in the field of orthodontics. Dr. Zade excels in creating beautiful smiles for all her patients. Financing
Initial Visit
We offer a complimentary consultation to all of our patients. If you would like to move forward following the consultation, we will take records (photos, X-rays, scan) to develop a comprehensive treatment plan.
Our Fees
After your initial visit, we will discuss with you the total costs and time involved for the proposed orthodontic treatment.

If you have orthodontic coverage, our financial managers will assist you in processing you insurance claim form when treatment begins.
Payment Plans
We offer payment plans to help. If there is no insurance coverage, there is an initial down payment with the remaining balance paid in interest-free equal monthly installments.
We accept major credit cards, such as Visa and MasterCard. For you convenience, we offer automatic withdrawal from your checking account.
